Alamo Chapter Activities

Alamo Chapter SCI is proud to partner with many great companies, sponsors, and donors to ensure that the legacy of

wildlife conservation continues on through our educational and charitable efforts.  100% of Alamo Chapter’s proceeds go to

promoting youth hunts, wounded Veterans adventures, college scholarships, and special events for Veterans and First Responders.

Here at Alamo Chapter SCI, we love our military and first responders!  Each year we choose several first responders

for a hunting or fishing trip and our Veterans are treated to a dove hunt on a private ranch here in Texas.  Our Veterans hunt

is typically around 50+ Veterans and it is a way for us to build fellowship, make memories that last a lifetime, and give back to those

who have given us so much.  We are also passionate about firearm education and safety for our youth and host annual youth hunts on

private ranches across Texas, as well as host archery events at local shops and fishing trips across Texas.  Hunters Education and

firearm Training & Education are not age specific and annually we host classes for those interested in learning more about

Hunters Education, Conservation and Firearms Safety.  Skeet and trap shooting is a great way to introduce someone to firearms

or to get folks ready for the upcoming hunting seasons and Alamo Chapter hosts these annually.
